Mr. Epstein graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a B.A. in 1989. He attended Pace University School of Law where he received his J.D., Cum Laude, in 1992. Mr. Epstein was admitted to the Bar of Connecticut in 1993 and the New York State Bar in 1989. He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Mr. Epstein’s main areas of practice include criminal defense, including homicides and serious felonies, as well as DWI (driving while intoxicated), and civil rights litigation. Mr. Epstein is also an adjunct professor of law at Pace University School of Law in the field of Trial Practice. Mr. Epstein is also a frequent lecturer for Continuing Education in the field of DWI defense.
